CARES/OASIS YOU MUST USE CARES OR OASIS TO DETERMINE IF A
VEHICLE IS ELIGIBLE FOR THIS RECALL.


PLEASE NOTE CORRECT ALL NEW OR USED VEHICLES IN STOCK BEFORE
DELIVERY.


PROMPTLY Affected vehicles on the enclosed list.
CORRECT Other eligible vehicles which are brought to your dealership.


DEALER-OWNER Immediately contact any owner that you may know
CONTACT of whose name is not on the list. Give the owner
a copy of the Owner Letter.


DISTRICT Advise district office if:
CONTACT - an owner cannot be contacted.
- an owner does not make a service date.


FPSD CONTACT Talk with your FPSD Service Zone Manager about
recall concerns.


REIMBURSEMENT Submit claims using the 1864 format on the DWE
system. You may use your original repair order for your record file.


CLAIMS See Sections 6.3 (Pages 6 through 8) and 8.0
PREPARATION of your Warranty and Policy Manual.

Owners Will No Longer Receive Recall Claim Form 1864

- Use CARES or OASIS to check for open recalls.
- Use a written repair order for file records.
- For DWE claims, use the 1864 format on the DWE system screen.

- Inform your service and claims processing personnel of these changes.
